Why does my billing statement show Jaxpety Corp?

TOBBI is a brand under Jaxpety Corp, and payments are processed under this name. Rest assured, the charge is from TOBBI.

Why did my billing statement come from PayPal? 

PayPal handles all our transactions, so it may appear on your billing statement as the payment processor. This is completely normal.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase? What if I just want to use my credit card?  

No, you don’t need a PayPal account. You can simply use PayPal’s secure processing system with your credit card.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order? 

You can pay using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

I’m having trouble with my payment. What should I do? 

If you encounter any issues with your payment, please contact your bank or PayPal directly for assistance. If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again.

What currencies can I use to place an order? 

Currently, we only accept payments in USD (U.S. Dollars).
