My dad got this for my son's first birthday, I can't speak on the ease of assembly but initially one of the tracks wasn't working. Found a wire had come un-soldered from one of the track motors, easy fix with a neighbor's soldering iron. We haven't been able to figure out the USB function but other than that our son loves it so far. Got it end of September and it's early November right now so we will see how it hold up long term.

It charges up very quickly and the charge last a pretty long time. The overall build quality is very sturdy and our daughter can easily sit in this and ride around without falling out or without it falling over. It came very well packed and there was no damage to it. So far we are happy campers with this and our daughter loves riding around on it. I will definitely update if there is any issue. I was super nervous about this at first because of the other reviews but so far it has been holding up nicely. Solid 8 of 10 for sure
